For APS and Well MB-01,04,05,08 series sniper rifles. The rings are placed on the inner tube and then on the outer tube. The purpose of this tool is to accurately center the inner tube in the outer barrel. This prevents it from bending and impairing shooting performance. The retaining rings are fitted with rubber O-rings to hold the part in place. The equipment does not require any modifications
